If we should need to contact you, we will do so by the telephone number or email address provided to us within your order details. 

Placing an order

Online, you will be guided through a simple sales process on our website to complete your order. Once the order is complete you will receive an order confirmation email including your order reference number.

By Phone, you can order by phone or WhatsApp and once full payment has been received an order confirmation will be sent with your order reference number.

Our Products

Our Products may vary slightly from their pictures posted on the website or social media. The images of our products are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effect to display the colours as clearly as possible, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display accurately reflects the colour of the products.

Your rights to change make changes

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on +973 35956471 and we will let you know if the change is possible. If your order has already be processed or dispatched changes to your order will not be possible.

Delivery 

Delivery charges in Bahrain

We offer Free shipping throughout Bahrain on all orders over BHD 30.000. 

Any order under BHD a standard shipping charge of BHD 3.000 will be charged.

Delivery charges worldwide

For all other parts of the world please contact our customer service team on +973 35956471 or at info@equi-worldbh.com for further information or take your products to our checkout for further details. For all worldwide shipments any incurred duties or customs charges will apply and be payable by the recipient.

Delivery dates

All order submitted before 12pm Bahrain time (Sun-Thu) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on the Sunday. Any orders placed on a public Holiday will be processed the next working day. 

We Equi-World will not be held responsible for any items lost/damaged during transit or delivery. 

Pricing and Availability

Pricing of products

Prices are in Bahraini Dinar and may change from time to time. This will not affect orders where an order confirmation has already been confirmed.

Availability of goods

Should an item which has been ordered and is if found to be out of stock you will be offered an alternative product or a full refund.

Charges and payment

Payment for any order must be made at the time of placing the order. If an order is placed via telephone or WhatsApp, it will not be confirmed until payment has been made. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be ordered through our website and will be delivered electronically. All gift vouchers have a unique code. Gift vouchers can be used in full or part payment towards products and can not be used to order another gift voucher. A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds or change will be given against gift vouchers. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date shown. Equi-World are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.

Goods returned

All products returned must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached in a new condition with no signs of use, animal hair or soiling.

 Clothing must not have been worn, washed, sprayed with perfume, or soiled.

Footwear must show no signs of use other than being lightly tried on indoor.

Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the product must adhere to the above return conditions and must:

Not have been a special order.

Not have been on sale or reduced in price.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered unless the item has a manufacturing fault. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost associated with and exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for a response is given on any return.
